As my 1st request for source code remains unanswered after 5 days, I
decided to make a second request, as well as copy the gpl-violations
mailing list.
You are packaging a kernel licensed under GPL v2 in your rom (software
package). This rom is posted on xda-developers.com and is downloadable by
the general public.
I have downloaded this rom/kernel package from you using the download link
you posted on xda. I am requesting the source code, defconfig file, and
scripts used to build/package the kernel in the rom you have posted on xda.
Please also provide information on the toolchains used to compile.. link to
binary or source is acceptable for me, but GPL requires source code for the
toolchains to be included with your kernel source.
The rom is located at
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2404687
and I want the source for the kernel you had in this rom on Nov 24, 2013
when I made my original request for source.
(Version (24.09.2013) Finaly v2.0 )
Please use "reply to all" so that the gpl-violations mailing lists is aware
of when/if you respond.
Thank You.

Good Evening
On xda-developers.com, you created a installable rom/kernel package
located here =>http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2404687
The software package you posted includes a linux kernel, licensed under
GPL v2. I would like the source for that specific kernel, as well as any
build scripts and defconfig files used to compile it, as I notice you do
not have a link to said kernel in your OP at xda.
I am aware that Paul Reioux (faux123) made this kernel for you, and I have
already checked his github account for the specific kernel included in your
zip file, and had no luck.
I am making this request, as I want a custom kernel your your rom, and any
attempt to make one results in the UI crashing and warm-booting (not a fill
reboot - just the user interface restarts). I have even tried using the
source and defconfig files located at faux123's github site. (for both the
m919 and i9505g devices for Android 4.3 and had the same exact result).
Thank You.
