Has Canonical respected this point ?

It seems to me, NO !!!

And this is for me a Violations of GNU General Public License and lack of
respect for things is doing the community, and which is working to offer a
good operating system.

My next distribution will be GNU/linux gNewSense based on Debian

Sincerely i don't understand why Canonical approves non-free software, and
supports D.R.M., saying then to people to buy from Amazon.

What particular item in which version of GNU GPL do you consider to be
in violation? Please be specific and polite, e.g. don't call people
idiots. The rest of your post read like a rant and I suspect most
subscribers skipped it. This list isn't the place to regurgiate your or
others' propaganda so if you haven't a particular legal issue to discuss
please don't post a reply.
