This is Paul's github, and I see several tree's updated regularly, some
hours ago. So I have thusfar, no reason to belive Paul intentionally
violates the GPL. If the binaries he hands out are the same as from the
source, is to be seen. But a little bit more evidence is surely needed.
So far, this is still nothing more then a 'slap on the hand for being
sloppy for not updating a specific repo'.
