Motorola in violation of multiple GPL projects with the Blink-1 Baby Camera

The Motorola Blink-1 baby camera uses at least 2 pieces of GPL software
without attribution, with modifications that have not been released as open
source code.

The camera contains the mjpg-streamer web server and streamer, which has
been modified to enable ADPCM support for audio streaming. This project is
GPLv3: https://code.google.com/p/mjpg-streamer/

It then publishes a viewer which is an embedded javascript player call
cambozola, which is GPLv2. They've modified this to allow it to also
stream the audio stream: http://www.charliemouse.com/code/cambozola/

The camera itself runs a very slim embedded linux.

The GPL is not included in any of the materials that ship with the camera;
the source is not available anywhere on their site and they have not
responded to my support request in over a month (except to say "we'll get
you something in a week"). I've contacted both of the projects to inform
them of the situation.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can/should do here.
